Post-Prostatectomy Incontinence after Prostatectomy is the classical concern for every Urologist. The pelvic floor –a functional structure particularly complicated from an anatomical point of view- is called to play a crucial postoperative role. Although there are many therapeutic options, indications are not clear: Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Pharmacotherapy, Free-Tension Tapes, Artificial Sphincters –all of them have both pros and cons. The contemporary approach to the issue will be presented in this Workshop setting clear indications for every therapeutic option.
