Short CV: 

He was born in Larissa in 1971 and he is a Graduate of the School of Medicine of the University of Ancona, Italy (1998). He completed his specialization in Urology (2007) at the "Hagios Andreas" Hospital of Patras. He is a PhD holder from the School of Medicine of the University of Athens with a Doctoral Thesis on "The morphological study of telomerase expression in high malignancy stage Ta-T1 urothelial carcinomas of the urinary bladder, its correlation with disease progression and the expression of its activity after intravesical therapy with BCG» (2009). He is also a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (2007). He worked for 3 years as an Assistant Registrar at the Urology Clinic at the University Hospital of Larissa while from 1/1/2011 he works as a Junior Registrar at the same Clinic. From June 2009 to July 2009 he further trained in Andrology at the "San Raffaele" Hospital of Milan, Italy (Director: Prof. F. Montorsi) and in 2010 he participated in the Urotour Program of the Institute for the Study of Urological Diseases (ISUD) of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as a Visitor at the “Puigvert" Hospital in Barcelona. He is a member of the Hellenic Urology Association, the Hellenic Andrology Association and the European Association of Urology. He has authored 8 papers listed in PubMed, a chapter in a foreign language book and 3 papers in Greek journals.
