Short CV: 

He was born in Serres. He studied Medicine in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki from 1988 to 1994. He initially specialized in Urology (1998-2001) in the Urology Clinic of the 3rd IKA Hospital of Athens and then in the Urology Clinic of the General Prefectural Hospital of Nea Ionia in Athens (2001-2002).He obtained the title of specialization in Urology in March 2003. Subsequently he ran a private practice in Serres from June 2003 to October 2005, when he visited for 3 months the Urology Clinic of the ‘Henri Mondor’ Hospital in Paris, under Professor C.C. Abbou, through the EAU Fellowship Program. Upon his return in February 2006, he worked at the local Health Unit of IKA (Martiou District), in Thessaloniki and also ran a private practice until May 2007 when he was hired as a Junior Registrar at the Hospital of Serres where he is still working today. He is a doctoral student at the University of Athens. In June 2012 he got his Master’s Degree of specialization in Endo-Urology from the Urology Clinic of the Democritus University of Thrace. In 2004, he obtained the F.E.B.U. title. He participated with paper presentations in several Greek and international conferences.
