It is known that young women with LUTS are multiply affected in their everyday life (work, sexual life, hygiene) due to symptoms such as urinary frequency, urgency and infections. It is very common that these women visit various doctors seeking therapy. And very often there is diversity of views: “ Overactive bladder or recurrent urinary infections?” Such a case will be presented step by step, in order to approach new knowledge and learn therapeutic manoeuvres.
