Short CV: 

He was born in Kavala in 1973. From his student years he showed a particular interest for the specialty of Urology, participating in working groups of the University Urology Clinic of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 1996 the travelled in Malmö, Sweden gaining experience in the Urology Clinic of the city’s hospital. He graduated from the University of Thessaloniki in 1998. During the years 2002 and 2003 he was an Instructor at the Vocational Training Institute for Emergency Medical Assistants (EMTs) & Ambulance Attendants. After the general part of surgical training in Kavala and before the specialization par - i.e. during the waiting period and wanting to keep in touch with Urology- he followed for almost a year the proceedings of the Urological Clinic of the “Asclepius” Hospital of Voula in Athens. Between 2004 and 2008 he was a Resident in the Urology Clinic of the University of Patras, demonstrating particular interest in Endo-Urology, Neuro-Urology and Urodynamics. The subject of his Doctoral Thesis was drawn from the Urodynamics Laboratory of the University of Patras where he is also a Doctoral Candidate. In 2008 he acquired the F.E.B.U. Title. The continuous search for knowledge in Endo-Urology "sent" him in Leipzig and, recently, as a visitor at the Institute of Urology in London. During this whole time, he participated in research protocols, papers with honorary distinctions and presentations at Conferences of Greek and International interest. His authoring work is still limited in the Greek domain. Since the end of 2008 he has been running a private practice in Kavala. However, education never stops …
